With more than 20 years of engineering experience, Sarah Lloyd specializes in municipal street and utility infrastructure projects for Bolton & Menk, working out of the civil engineering firm’s Burnsville office. She’s the client services manager for many Twin Cities municipalities, including Eden Prairie, Edina, Elko New Market, and Richfield. That entails managing all phases of project development for each city, from conception to construction. She recently led a project team through the design and construction of a 357-stall parking deck for the city of Burnsville. Within the industry, Lloyd is involved with many leadership groups and organizations, including the Minnesota Chapter of the American Public Works Association. Within her company, she is a founding member of the Bolton & Menk’s Women’s group, serving as a mentor and ally to other women engineers.
