Sarah Hoffman is a top health care litigator and shareholder at Minneapolis-based Bassford Remele, handling cases that involve complex medical and legal issues. She represents health care systems and individual providers in litigation and board matters. She also provides advice and counsel during the process of claim assessments and internal investigations, and she handles a variety of intricate health care cases, including representing providers in multimillion-dollar birth injury cases and defending correctional medicine providers in medical malpractice cases and actions involving civil rights issues.
