After 15 years as a paralegal, Sarah Dannecker earned her law degree from Mitchell Hamline Law School in 2019. Since then, she’s advised clients of Minneapolis-based Ballard Spahr on a variety of corporate transactional matters including securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and privacy and data security matters. In addition to her busy practice, she has devoted countless hours to pro bono work, which ranges from helping nonprofits convert to a 501(c)(3) organization, preparing and filing a Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewal application, and preparing documentation for a case involving human trafficking.Â
