With more than 17 years of architectural experience, a passion for design, and a love of business, Samantha Grose founded Oak & Arrow Homes in 2019. The Edina-based firm specializes in home design, large-scale renovations, and new construction. In three years, the business has surpassed $1 million in sales. Focused on creating homes where clients and their families can thrive, Grose prioritizes a simplified design process. Her work has been recognized with several Best of Houzz awards for service and design. Grose is on the board of Housing First and is a member of the Business Women’s Circle.
