As a partner at Hellmuth & Johnson, Samantha Graf serves as the administrative head of the firm’s trust and estates practice group, which is made up of 13 attorneys. She oversees a unique dual practice that focuses on estate planning and family law. In her practice, Graf guides clients through a multitude of situations, from estate planning to matters such as divorce and custody issues. She has represented clients in a variety of contested probate matters, including disputed wills and trusts, beneficiary representation, and assistance in administering an estate.
