The president and CEO of Bloomington-based Great Clips, Goggins works with Sara Dziuk, president and CEO of Junior Achievement North, the St. Paul-based nonprofit for youth development, to ensure it stays focused on its mission: to equip young people with financial literacy and career-readiness skills.
