Since joining Minnetronix Medical in 2020, Randy Ross has challenged the St. Paul medical technology company to define skills required to grow, now and in the future. Ross spearheaded the Minnetronix Growth Adaption Plan to improve employee and customer experience by adding new roles including key leadership positions at multiple levels and across the business. This has contributed to customer retention, employee retention of 92% year-to-date, and more than 50 new leadership positions, career development opportunities, and career paths. Ross also brought recruitment in-house, developing an employee ambassador campaign resulting in more than 100 new employees and $1 million in savings.
