Pablo Urriche has worked as a financial professional since 2012. During his early career, he worked at international corporations in his native Chile, moving to Minneapolis in early 2016, where he discovered his love of the outdoors. In late 2016, Urriche joined The Loppet Foundation, which connects people to the outdoors through community experiences. As the director of finance and administration, he has overseen the development of the organization’s current financial model, leading a cross-functional team in a strategic analysis of the financial information for all business units. Peers say his commitment to fiscal responsibility and DEI efforts, combined with his passion for mission-driven work, makes him a standout leader. In 2024, he joined the board at the Hopewell Music Cooperative North as treasurer, working to improve access to music education in North Minneapolis.
