Nancy Lyons is a CEO, author, and speaker who leverages her entrepreneurial and personal experience to lead conversations and challenge perspectives on the boundaries of work, culture, belonging, and acceptance. As the CEO of Minneapolis technology consultancy Clockwork, Lyons has built a people-centered work culture rooted in belonging and acceptance. Beyond her firm, Lyons inspires people by spearheading conversations about the role of work culture in delivering meaningful and effective results for both companies and people. For more than 13 years, Lyons has served in leadership roles on the board of Family Equality, a nonprofit that advocates for legal equality for LGBTQ+ families. In summer 2022, Lyons led Clockwork to build Path2FamilyEquality, a resource tool built to protect, inform, and connect LGBTQ+ families in crisis. In October, Lyons received the digital impact award from Family Equality for her work.
