In less than two years at Fraser, Nancy Baldrica has reinvigorated the branding and communications of the Richfield-based provider of autism and early childhood mental health services. She has added new talent by rewriting job descriptions to maximize the effectiveness of the marketing team. In addition, Baldrica improved Fraser’s website capabilities, increased social media presence on all platforms, and led creation of informational podcasts. She rebranded Fraser events to appeal to larger audiences and launched multiple advertising campaigns.
In 2020, Baldrica also led an employee group addressing concerns and organizing implementation of anti-racism initiatives.
