Nadege Souvenir leads internal operations at the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation, a community organization with $1.7 billion in assets. As COO, Souvenir has sponsored an enterprise-wide technology transition and a collaborative business planning framework. She also led improved grantmaking to certain communities and populations, which helped the St. Paul organization become the top funder of racial equity in Minnesota from 2020–21. Souvenir hosts the foundation’s Facing Race Awards and co-hosts the “I So Appreciate You!” podcast. In partnership with religious leaders, she convenes the annual Countering Hate event for philanthropic leaders. She also serves on the Blandin Foundation board and is the first Black woman and person of color to chair the
Minnesota Opera board.
