Mychal Frelix co-founded TurnSignl, the fast-growing Minneapolis-based startup that provides on-demand legal guidance to drivers across the country. Launched in 2020 in the wake of George Floyd’s murder, TurnSignl has received national recognition for empowering BIPOC drivers. Frelix oversees expansion efforts for the app, which will soon be available in all 50 states. Before joining TurnSignl, Frelix managed enterprise accounts at Sony Electronics, where he helped Fortune 500 companies adopt innovative technology solutions and guided channel partnership relationships. He is also the co-founder and vice president of Foreshadow, a St. Paul nonprofit that equips Twin Cities youth with educational and professional skills. A leader focused on accountability, Frelix wants every employee to succeed and constantly does check-ins with every team member to ensure they’re on track to meet their goals.
