As chief digital and operating officer, Meghan Stiling oversees Nerdery’s largest department and is responsible for growing its technical and strategic delivery for clients, as well as shaping the firm’s future direction. Her expertise in cloud engineering, security, data, and technical architecture has helped the Edina firm significantly grow its business. A committed mentor, Stiling leads weekly one-on-one meetings with staff to better understand their roles and ambitions. She also spearheads efforts with Nerdery’s people operations department to ensure more gender and ethnic diversity in the organization and the technology industry as a whole. In addition to mentoring young women in STEM organizations, Stiling is an active mentor with the Carlson School of Management as an alumni board member and a high-tech judge for MN Cup, the school’s entrepreneurial competition.
