At Larkin Hoffman, Megan Rogers’ practice areas include land use, zoning, real estate transactions, municipal law, and mining, serving diverse clients from homeowners and renters to land developers. She was instrumental in the approval of the Wayzata Gateway project, a transformative redevelopment blending residential, commercial, and financial spaces. She also works on behavioral health entitlement projects, including approval for the largest behavioral treatment center in the Twin Cities. Rogers co-chairs Larkin’s professional development committee and sits on its strategic planning and fall conference committees. She sponsors and mentors associates and law clerks and initiated the Bloomington-based firm’s Bloom in Bloomington summer internship partnership. Her work has redefined how the firm trains, mentors, and sponsors associates.
