With more than 15 years in the staffing and recruiting business, McKaela Baldus has established herself as an industry leader, recognized with numerous awards including Most Contractor Placements and Most Clients Served for seven consecutive years.  Baldus was instrumental in the integration of Antenna and Creatis, two of the largest marketing and creative firms in the Twin Cities. She led efforts to unify the teams under 24 Seven, a national staffing firm with an office in Minneapolis. She worked to clarify market presence and set organizational goals. Throughout the merge, she remained committed to client relationships, highlighted by her team successfully placing more than 250 candidates in new roles in the past year.
