Mariana Quiroga helped lead Children’s Minnesota’s 2024 “Raise ’Em Up” brand campaign, an initiative aimed at enhancing the Twin Cities-based health system’s brand presence and improving consumer and health care professional engagement. The brand campaign generated more than 110 million impressions, a 16% year-over-year increase across all audiences, and brought in new engagement with local multicultural audiences. Video completion rates also reached 99%, exceeding the benchmark by 17%. Quiroga oversaw the Talent Acquisition Marketing Blitz campaign in the same year, intended to drive interest in working at the company to address its hiring needs. Her commitment to innovation and collaboration paid off, as 173 nurses were hired during this effort.
