A senior vice president at JLL Minneapolis, Lynette Dumalag embodies the mission of Minneapolis-based Urban Land Institute (ULI) Minnesota, which promotes responsible use of land to create and sustain thriving communities. Dumalag served as an officer on the board before stepping into the role of chair at the request of ULI executive director Stephanie Brown. “She has the vision to see what an organization can become and the discipline to lay the foundation to move in that direction and bring other leaders alongside her,” Brown says. Dumalag has been instrumental in ULI’s governance restructuring and DEI work. She also serves on the board of Catholic Charities of St. Paul & Minneapolis as an executive committee member.
