Lisa Salazar leads the branch network, product development group, treasury sales group, and operations teams at Bridgewater Bank, all of which have contributed to significant growth in recent years. Under her leadership, Bridgewater’s deposits have consistently grown 40% year over year. To serve larger income-generating clients, she led the complex process of transitioning to a new online banking platform. Despite leading the largest team at the St. Louis Park-based bank, Salazar still manages to have a personal relationship with each team member. She also helped develop and mentor four young women through Bridgewater’s mentorship program, and she volunteers regularly at the bank’s community impact events in the Twin Cities. Salazar serves on the board of the
Upper Midwest ACH Association.
