Recently, Eagle Ridge acquired the Colonnade in the West End, the single largest asset project Eagle Ridge has pursued in Minnesota. Peterson’s financial expertise bolstered the acquisition process. Eagle Ridge currently manages a portfolio of more than 3 million square feet of commercial and multifamily properties in the Twin Cities.
