Larissa Loden has grown her eponymous jewelry collection into a national brand with a major online following; the line is also sold through retailers around the country. Even when wholesale orders dipped in 2020, the pandemic only deepened Loden’s resolve to put down roots in St. Paul, creating a new retail experience and production space to grow her business. Believing that a happy team can be more creative, Loden prioritized workspace design and provides paid time off to all staff, even part-time employees. Committed to putting her voice behind social causes, Loden donates 5% of profits to Cookie Cart, a Twin Cities nonprofit bakery that teaches job skills to teens of color. She’s donated more than $75,000 to causes including support for Ukraine and Planned Parenthood through her Do Good jewelry series.
