With 28 years of experience in the architecture world, Kristine Anderson has spent the past several years working to redefine what residential architecture can mean for clients and community. Under her leadership as design principal and partner at the Minneapolis-based PKA Architecture, a role she took on in 2020 after joining the firm in 2009, PKA last year earned placement on the Architizer World’s annual "Best Architecture" list. Anderson’s work spans sustainable multigenerational homes, adaptive reuse projects, urban housing, and high-performance residences—all aiming to balance technical rigor with emotional resonance while responding to site, history, and client lifestyle.
