With more than 30 years of experience in the Twin Cities financial services industry, Kevin Pleasant, senior vice president of treasury management at MidWestOne Bank, leverages his network to support Living Well Disability Services. The Mendota Heights-based nonprofit owns and operates 36 homes throughout the metro for people with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. A Living Well board member since 2018, Pleasant serves on the  finance committee and annual gala planning committee. He’s forged relationships with volunteers, donors, and partner organizations that have helped Living Well gain visibility with new audiences, like the Minnesota Brewing Running series. The work is personal for Pleasant, who has a son with disabilities. He takes pride in advocating for families like his own and joined Living Well at the Minnesota State Capitol to advocate for more funding.
