About three years ago, Kelli Scholer brought to Thrivent her decade-plus of experience in executive support, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential communications. Last year, she took on a newly created role for the Minneapolis-based company’s Women’s Leadership Network. This year, she was elected as the network’s co-chair. She also has played a lead role in development and improvement of quarterly town hall-style meetings and leadership off-sites, working with a team of 400-plus people. “She never ceases to surprise me with her capacity to grow [and] expand her reach, and the impact of her work,” says Carolyn Sakstrup, executive vice president and chief growth and generosity officer.
