Katheryn Gettman has been a standout in her field since she began practicing law in 2003. She holds both an MBA and J.D., which allows her to craft business-oriented legal solutions and provide tactical guidance on business matters such as succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, board counseling, and vendor and customer contract negotiations. Since joining Minneapolis firm Cozen O’Connor in 2020, Gettman has tripled the size of her nationwide practice, serving as general counsel for 45 to 50 clients at any time. This past year, she completed capital raises totaling more than $75 million for public company clients, closed a $200 million credit facility for a client in the commercial solar space, and represented sellers and buyers in transactions ranging from $10 million to $360 million.
