Karly Baraga Werner is responsible for shaping and promoting the Comcast brand while fostering relationships in the communities it serves. Based in Comcast’s St. Paul office, she works with local community and government officials to ensure residents and businesses have access to Comcast’s next-generation broadband network and all the products and services the media and technology company offers, including in underserved areas of the Twin Cities. Baraga Werner navigates regulatory challenges with skill, advocating for business growth and negotiating government contracts across more than 100 Minnesota communities. She facilitated partnerships between Comcast and numerous cities and counties, expanding high-speed broadband to rural areas in the counties of Washington, Anoka, and Hennepin, as well as areas in Kansas and Missouri. She also secured millions in additional state grants to make these projects possible.
