Julien Sharp leads one of the largest tabletop gaming businesses in North America, overseeing sales, marketing, logistics, forecasting, and distribution across the U.S. and international English-speaking markets. Amid industry-wide challenges, such as tariff regulations and supply-chain pressures, she has guided Asmodee through one of the most consequential periods in its history, helping the Lino Lakes-based organization transition into a standalone public company following its separation from Embracer Group. This year, Sharp was elected to the board of directors of the Toy Association trade organization and serves on the board of directors for Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment. She also has helped expand awareness of tabletop gaming through community-focused partnerships with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota United.
