John Schonberg oversees investment activities and the portfolio management team at Stonebridge Capital Advisors. He’s a portfolio manager for the St. Paul firm’s top institutional and high-net-worth clients. With his 35 years of experience and 10 years at Stonebridge, Schonberg has led the investment teams and directed investment responsibility of managing more than $1.7 billion in assets under management, including creating a mutual fund that has kept in line with its goals for almost 10 years. He also serves as the lead portfolio manager for the firm’s Covered Call Strategy, which he developed, implemented, and grew. He’s known to maintain a client-centric approach in his executive role. Involved in the community, Schonberg is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Minnesota and sits on the board of Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota.
