As Bridgewater Bank’s first official marketing hire, Jessica Stejskal oversees communications, marketing strategy and execution, and public relations, and has built the department from the ground up. In her 11 years with the St. Louis Park-based bank, she has defined and developed its brand and grown the team to eight. Stejskal is known for her futuristic vision and strategic mindset as she has helped develop the bank’s core strategy, aligning sales and marketing to drive revenue while leading the company’s shift into the digital age. She also created the vision for Bridgewater’s strategic women’s initiative, which aims to empower women in business.
