In Jessica Roe’s practice, she handles legal matters related to labor law, employment and commercial litigation, and employment law practice. Roe manages employment counseling for large management teams, national companies, and small businesses. She also speaks at and leads multiple seminars each year on employment law and litigation topics. During the onset of the pandemic, Roe provided pro bono legal advice and support to employers in critical need, and she has been asked to speak to businesses nationwide on pandemic-related issues such as quarantine guidance and Covid-19 policies and procedures.
