Jessica Monson leads legal, risk management, and retail food safety for major chain Caribou Coffee as the general counsel and vice president of legal. She advises and manages a variety of legal, compliance, and risk management issues for all business channels across Caribou locations nationwide. She has more than 14 years of experience working for consumer brands and providing advice on real estate, consumer protection, intellectual property, data privacy, and technology issues. Recently at Caribou, Monson was tasked with exploration and strategy for the brand’s domestic franchise program, which launched in October.
