Over the span of Jeri Parkin’s career, she’s handled legal issues dealing with real estate, banking and finance, and other corporate and business matters. As an officer at Minneapolis-based Fredrikson & Byron, Parkin represents business owners, developers, private equity groups, and investors on all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leases, and development; she often represents clients in transactions that involve complex real estate holdings. Parkin is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Law Specialist, a title held by only 2% of attorneys in Minnesota.
