Jeremy Maniak

President and CEO, Minnetronix Medical

Description

As CEO of Minnetronix Medical, a St. Paul-based technology and development partner to medical device companies, Jeremy Maniak has led a year of growth: 30% business growth, 38% revenue growth, 25% workforce growth, and 15% facilities growth. Noteworthy “firsts” in the past year include commercializing the first minimally invasive, expandable brain port used to treat stroke, cancer, and other conditions. The company also developed and manufactured the first diagnostic device that uses advanced optics to detect concussions and the first surgical wireless camera for arthroscopy and general endoscopy. Maniak’s leadership has helped the company attract more than 100 new employees in the past 12 months, despite the competitive labor market. He has also successfully navigated a tight supply chain, leading the company to ship more than 30,000 devices made in St. Paul this year.
