An experienced trial lawyer and legal advocate, Jenny Gassman-Pines arbitrates multimillion-dollar disputes and advises C-suite executives of large multinational companies. At Greene Espel, many of Gassman-Pines’ cases involve the defense of employment claims in court and agency settings, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, whistleblower violations, retaliation, and violations of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. She co-founded the Minneapolis firm’s DEI practice, working with clients to develop proactive strategies to avoid litigation and disputes in employment relationships. She heads Greene Espel’s recruiting committee and helped to update the firm’s process to eliminate bias in both recruiting and performance evaluations. She also teaches training on unconscious bias.
