As assistant general counsel for Minneapolis-based U.S. Bank, Jeff Brockmann manages all nationwide employment litigation. He recently managed a case argued before the U.S. Supreme Court that was decided in the bank’s favor. A frequent speaker on both employment law and diversity and inclusion topics at national conferences, Brockmann has been instrumental in U.S. Bank’s involvement in the Move the Needle Fund Diversity Dividends Collective, which focuses on the inclusion, equity, and diversity of legal departments’ outside counsel teams. He is a member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association and Minnesota Lavender Bar Association, and has served as diversity and inclusion champion for the U.S. Bank law division. Brockmann was recently honored with the National LGBTQ+ Bar Out & Proud Corporate Counsel Award.
