Jason Thomas’ work as general counsel is critical to Frauenshuh Inc., including its affiliates Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate and Fourteen Foods, which operates more than 250 Dairy Queen Grill & Chills across the U.S. He guides teams totaling more than 7,000 employees through complex legal requirements in the areas of brokerage, development, financing, employment contract, insurance procurement, and more. Thomas has worked with Frauenshuh for more than 15 years and became in-house counsel in 2015. Since then, he’s represented Frauenshuh on nearly 4 million square feet of real estate transactions and supports the company’s property management team on roughly 3 million square feet of medical, retail, and office properties.
