Hilary Marden-Resnik is a leading force for good at UCare, Minnesota’s fourth-largest health plan. In just the last 12 to 18 months, Marden-Resnik, who has been with the Minneapolis-based company since 2010, has elevated the organization’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through C-suite hires, community partnerships, and establishing a department of equity and inclusion. She has overseen a surge in enrollment, taking the organization to a record 640,000-plus members, and completed a multiyear technology transformation project. She’s an advocate for equitable workforce policies and flexibility to recruit and retain talent.
