In June 2025, Gauri Jadhav became board treasurer and chair of the finance committee for Girls on the Run Minnesota, an after-school program that helps girls build life skills. With Jadhav, the St. Paul-based organization has seen budget growth, from $700,000 in 2021 to $2 million in 2026, allowing the nonprofit to expand free access to gear, develop new program sites, and more. “When she first joined … we served 1,500 girls annually in the Twin Cities,” says executive director Kathleen Cannon. “Today, more than 5,000 girls participate annually across the state, and [Jadhav’s] leadership is building a strong foundation for future growth and success.” Jadhav is co-owner, director of analytics, and senior portfolio manager at Stonebridge Capital Advisors in St. Paul.
