In addition to her work as a partner and co-chair of the Appellate Practice Group at Maslon, Erica Holzer has made a sizable impact as a nonprofit board member. As president of the board for the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota, she led the Bloomington-based organization through an executive director transition two years ago. Since then, she and executive director Jenna Carter have worked closely, most recently leading the launch of a five-year strategic planning process, which involved engaging more than 500 community members in focus groups. Holzer also serves on the Minnesota Supreme Court Historical Society board of directors.
