Emily McNee is a strategic advisor and litigator with eight years of experience handling all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, including defending matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. At Littler, McNee developed a toolkit designed to be a resource for startups and small businesses to remain compliant with state and federal laws on employee recruitment and retention. She is a member of Littler’s diversity and inclusion council, developing, implementing, and reviewing DEI initiatives. McNee teaches legal writing as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School.
