For 18 years, Emily Chow has practiced with Faegre Drinker, where she leads the Minneapolis-based firm’s antitrust practice and represents clients in bet-the-company litigation in federal court and arbitration. In 2025, she secured a victory for Hormel Foods Corp. in multibillion-dollar antitrust multidistrict litigation involving claims of price fixing in the pork industry. Among her other recent notable cases, she represented Jennie-O Turkey Store Inc. in a putative class action involving allegations of conspiracy to fix wages of processing-plant employees, paving the way for negotiation of a favorable settlement. She has also contributed to the firm’s talent development efforts, serving on the Minneapolis office’s hiring team as an advisor to associates and paralegals.
