At Norton Rose Fulbright’s Minneapolis office, where she has practiced for four years, Emily Ambrose focuses on class action defense, product liability defense, appeals, and other complex litigation. Ambrose began as a law clerk with the Minnesota Court of Appeals, going on to advise multinational clients at Blackwell Burke in Minneapolis. She has continued building a national practice at Norton Rose Fulbright, and has led efforts to defeat multiple class actions in the pre-trial phases and obtain summary judgments and favorable expert rulings in state and federal courts.
