Lew Zeidner leads one of the largest providers of residential and intensive outpatient substance-use disorder and mental health care to Medicaid and commercially insured patients in Minnesota. He leads with the vision of expanding access to substance use and mental health treatment services by growing the continuum of care and improving clinical care to meet complex patient needs. He’s done this by standardizing clinical services across all 12 residential and seven outpatient sites, resulting in the New Brighton-based organization receiving the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities’ highest rating. Accessibility-focused, Zeidner added treatment centers in more locations throughout the state and removed barriers to accessing treatment by allowing direct access—patients can walk in, without insurance.
