Innovating at the intersection of consumer behavior and technology, Dori Graff leads Kidizen, the online resale marketplace for children’s clothes that she founded with Mary Fallon in 2014. As the secondhand apparel industry builds momentum, with children’s clothes as the fastest-growing category, Minneapolis-based Kidizen has grown to be a dominant resale platform. The Kidizen community of buyers and sellers is approaching 1 million members. This year, Kidizen launched a “rewear marketplace” with children’s apparel brand Tea Collection and plans to do the same with other labels. Graff serves as a mentor to other Minnesota entrepreneurs through programs such as BETA.
