CJ Bernander joined Park Dental Partners in 2022 and, as CFO, has set up the Roseville-based company for growth, including its transition from private to public ownership. Bernander was pivotal in guiding Park Dental Partners through its initial public offering on Nasdaq in December 2025. Overall, he enabled the organization’s readiness for the public markets, overseeing IPO planning, SEC reporting, internal controls, treasury strategy, investor communications, and coordination with underwriters and advisors. Under his financial leadership, Park Dental Partners completed a $20 million IPO. As a public company, Park Dental Partners now ranks No. 47 among Minnesota’s largest public companies in 2025 based on revenue.
