In just about four years with The Malco Group, Christa Mavencamp has supported leadership while managing projects and aiding business growth. One example of her impact on the Annandale-based manufacturer is her collaborative leadership of a multiyear, 21,000-square-foot headquarters remodel, which met growth needs and modernized workspaces. Mavencamp has managed sensitive communications, organized meetings, and supported the executive team through the complexities of the 2024 acquisition of Malco Tools by Aspen Pumps Group, which led to the creation of The Malco Group.
