Since 2020, Brittany Howard has led Victory Business Solutions, a Minneapolis-based accounting and tax firm, with a mission in mind: to help close financial literacy and generational wealth gaps for underserved communities and first-generation entrepreneurs, many of whom lack access to strategic financial guidance. Her ultimate goal is to help clients make informed financial decisions and create long-term wealth for themselves. In the past year or so, Howard has continued to scale the firm, reporting 43% year-over-year growth. Howard also serves on the board of the Lake Street Council and the MCCD loan committee, where she champions small-business growth, equitable access to capital, and economic development in Minneapolis.
