Covid-19 task force, which tracked pandemic trends and set policies to balance employee safety with business needs. He created a new business risk and compliance framework and process for the company. He also took on leadership of human resources, bringing fresh thinking to culture-building in a hybrid work setting and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. His commitment to inclusion goes beyond his day job; in May, Senger joined the board of the Immigration Law Center of Minnesota.
