Ashley Bennett Ewald is an experienced intellectual property litigator at Minneapolis firm Lathrop GPM, focusing on trademark prosecution and portfolio management, advertising law, and social media law counseling. Bennett Ewald serves as chief IP counsel for international franchisor Radisson Hotels, as well as numerous other clients with IP needs. She’s also passionate about mentoring young women lawyers. For the past year, Bennett Ewald served as co-chair of Lathrop GPM’s Women’s Initiative Network, supporting 140 members. Together with her co-chair, she led the implementation of “learning pods,” an opt-in program that connects women across 13 offices to network and share insights. Bennett Ewald is a volunteer attorney at the Children’s Law Center of Minnesota, which provides free legal advocacy for foster care youths in Minnesota.
