With 36 years of experience, Andy Lindus has transformed Lindus Construction into a nationally recognized company. Under his guidance, the company, with dual headquarters in Hastings and Baldwin, Wisconsin, has scaled to 136 employees and served more than 150,000 customers across the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. In 2025, the company generated more than $36 million in revenue, and much of Lindus’ recent success came from spearheading ContractorFlow, a custom platform engineered for contractors to maximize project transparency and consumer accountability. He also has been a prominent industry speaker who advocates for the enduring value of family-owned businesses over private equity.
