Amy Seidel advises large public companies and boards of directors on a full range of securities compliance and corporate governance matters. For the past four years, Seidel has served as a Minneapolis-based member of Faegre Drinker’s management board, an elected position that is responsible for setting the firm’s policy and strategic initiatives. She also leads the firm’s public companies and governance practice, an 80-lawyer team that serves more than 70 public company clients as primary counsel. Seidel has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota law school and on the school’s board of advisors.
